According to ancient Hindu mythology, Lord Vishnu released four drops of the nectar of immortality (carried in a Kumbh) at four places where the Kumbh Mela is now celebrated — Nashik, Prayagraj, Ujjain, and Haridwar.
It is celebrated in a cycle of approximately 12 years, to celebrate every revolution Brihaspati (Jupiter) completes.
The foundations of Hinduism is based on “Samsara” – the cycle of birth, death and rebirth and this is attributed to the Trinity – the three forms of God i.e. Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver and Shiva the destroyer.
According to the scriptures, all the great powers—the Trinity, the Devas, the continents and the Vedas exist in the Kumbh and are manifested together during the Maha Kumbh Mela.
Itinerary
Upon your arrival in Delhi, our team member will be there to warmly welcome you. You will be escorted to your hotel, where you can check in and freshen up. Later in the evening, embark on a visit to Kartikheya Temple (Optional), immersing yourself in the spiritual vibes of. Rest of the evening is free for leisure.

After breakfast, board your flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival,
drive to Prayagraj. Check into the Kumbh Camp and take time
to relax. The evening is free to absorb the spiritual
atmosphere of the Kumbh Mela. Enjoy a traditional vegetarian
meal at the camp.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After an early breakfast, participate in a boat ride or take
a holy dip at the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and
Saraswati rivers. Then, explore Prayagraj’s cultural and
religious landmarks such as Shri Adi Shankar Vimana
Mandapam, Hanuman Mandir, and Allahabad Fort. In the
evening, experience the Aarti ceremony near the river.

Begin your day with a sacred dip in the Triveni Sangam. Visit
local ashrams for discussions on Hindu philosophy. In the
evening, visit the Akharas to gain deeper insights into Hindu
practices and witness the evening Aarti.

Take a guided walking tour of the Kumbh Mela grounds,
exploring various Akharas and ashrams. Witness the
diverse religious traditions and practices. In the evening,
enjoy the Ganga Aarti, experiencing the spiritual
ambiance from a unique perspective.

After breakfast, drive to Varanasi (approx. 4 – 5 hours).
Check-in at your accommodation. In the evening, head to
the Ghats for the iconic Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh
Ghat. Experience the mesmerizing rituals, accompanied by
sacred chants.

Today we will visit the revered KashiVishwanath
Temple for darshan and participate in special rituals
dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the spiritual atmosphere
along the ghats and visit other significant temples such as
Annapurna Devi Temple and Sankat Mochan
Hanuman Temple. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti
at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Overnight stay at hotel
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, visit the DurgaTemple, dedicated to
Goddess Durga, followed by a visit to the Ganesh Temple.
Then, explore the Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
campus, and visit the Bharat Kala Bhavan Museum. The
evening is at leisure to explore the vibrant streets of Varanasi
or relax.

After breakfast, transfer to Varanasi Airport for your
flight to Delhi. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel and
relax. Rest of the evening is free for leisure.
