•   The significations of grahas, houses and nakshatras, adverse grahas and dashas for health, congenital illness and disease at the time of birth, Balarishta and Arishta-Bhanga, 
•    Basic understanding of the principles involved in determining the length of life
•    Application of principles of medical astrology to determine the timing of illness and its outcome, with some hints about the nature of illness.
This is an intermediate level course and assumes attendees to have basic understanding of classical Vedic astrology.
