‘Rice is Nice’ explores the dictum of Ayurveda that suggests Rice or Wheat should be the largest portion of your meals. It is not vegetables, nor the pulses or dairy but Rice or Wheat.
We will also explore the concepts of season and regions to understand why rice is dominant in a few areas and why wheat in some other areas. We will break the myths about Basmati Rice and Brown Rice and get to know about varieties better.
