As is said very often, you are what you eat. Nutrition is one of the most misunderstood subject of our times and with the advent of many diet plans it has become even more confusing as these diets often preach totally opposite practices.

In this course, we will look at the topic of nutrition from the perspective of Ayurveda and understand how to apply those in cooking wholesome meals. Specific concepts like what ingredients go well with each other, how/ when/ how much to cook and consume will be dealt in detail with specific citations from shastras.
